ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
We are seeking a Structural Project Manager/Engineer to join the team of our growing structural engineering firm. We are currently working on projects across Florida. The position will focus on the oversight of Structural Design and Construction Administration of a variety of Building projects including Commercial, Educational, Office projects, Private and Multi-family residential.
Qualified candidates should have between 7-10 years of experience as a structural engineer, project engineer on structural projects or project manager of structural projects. This is not an entry-level position. The individual should be able to oversee and meet our clients’ goals and objectives, meet the scope and timeline of each project and be responsible for the technical design. In addition, the individual should be capable of monitoring the construction progress on assigned projects and providing direction to project engineers and entry-level engineers on specific tasks that help meet project milestones.
This position will report directly to the President who will also serve as EOR on most projects; however, potential candidates for the position should be licensed PE/SE. Proficiency in REVIT and RISA-3D (or equivalent) are also a requirement for this position.
Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to inspecting, analyzing and modifying existing structures; conceptualizing structural design; researching code related information. Structural Engineer Jobs
